Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using VideoShare (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant VideoShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to post the content and that it complies with our Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the Service to harass others, post illegal or infringing material, spam, scrape without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise abuse the platform. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Guidelines.

6. Moderation

We may review reports and take action on content or accounts. Moderation decisions are made to protect users and the Service; they are not an endorsement of remaining content.

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party actions beyond what applicable law requires.
